Appointments must be booked under the individual receiving the service. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may incur a $10 fee if service can still be accommodated.
Preparation for the appointment is the client's responsibility; outside food is discouraged, but drinks and snacks are provided. Please attend appointments solo, except for the individual receiving the service.

Cancellations must be processed through the same channel as the booking, with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to comply will result in a charge of 100% of the appointment fee. Insufficient funds on the card will result in a booking ban until resolved. Cancellation fees can be settled via Zelle or Cashapp, indicating "Cancellation fee" in the note section.

Payment for hair drop-offs is due upon drop-off.
Any dissatisfaction with the service should be communicated within 2 days, with adjustments made if the issue is attributed to the service provider. Redos for color or haircuts will incur charges if no visible mistake is found upon departure.
